Sensei Manwaring is recognized as the founder of the Red Rose Ju-Jitsu and the Inheritor of the Lan-Kin-Fa Ju-Jitsu by the WHFSC, one of the leading bodies in registering martial arts styles and their headmasters/founders.

Sensei Nicholls received his Teaching Certificate of the Kodenkan from Professor Kufferath, having studied and shown sufficient ability in the Okugi, or "hidden techniques", an oral tradition passed down from teacher to student, comprising the most advanced repertoire of the system.

SENSEI NEIL ECKERSLEY—6th DAN OLYMPIC JUDO CHAMPION

I have been involved at all levels within British Judo and I have reached the highest level. I have competed in two Olympic Games, 1984 Los Angeles where I gained an Olympic bronze medal and 1988 Seoul, where I was British team captain. In 2001 I was awarded an honorary 6th Dan Red and White belt.

SHIFU MICHAEL ACTON

Shifu Michael Acton is the UK representative of Master Li Li Qun—a 4 generation Wu Style and Qi Gong Master and senior disciple of now deceased Master Ma Yueh Liang; one of modern China's leading Taiji boxers and gate keeper of the Wu Style of Taiji boxing in China. Michael has studied with Master Li since 1992 and is an 'Indoor' student. He is the founder of the UK Wu Shi Taiji and Qi Gong Association (Honorary Chairman—Master Li Li Qun) which is dedicated to passing on the teachings of Master Li and the Traditional Wu Style lineage. His recently published book, "Eternal Spring" (Jessica Kingsley Publishers) is an exposition of the strategies and methods of Taiji and qi gong.

Along with my dedicated students we embark upon the martial path of self & further discovery. Showing the utmost respect for tradition but making it the practical & understood reality that it really is. Modern applications of training & understanding will always be implemented within our school & individuals, in order to efficiently expand upon the knowledge and understanding gained thus far. We draw from the 5 Animal Systems of Chinese Martial Arts (SNAKE/CRANE/TIGER/LEOPARD/DRAGON) as well as the various other animals for which the Shaolin Arts have & are so well known for.

SENSEI VALMAN - 4th DAN

Sensei joined the Military in 1986 where he was taught an official form of Military Self Defense, while serving in the military he also trained under Sensei Galisko, now the World President for KAPAP & KRAV MAGA, studying traditional Karate, Hapkido, Kobudo and Judo, with over 30 years of experience he is the founder of the Shojujitsu Karate Do Association.
